A referral service, not a contractor
Utah County Radon Mitigation is a referral service. We do not test for radon, design systems or install them. When you call (801) 396-9353 or send a request, we connect you with an independent radon mitigation contractor serving Utah County. Calls to our number may be forwarded directly to that contractor.
Independent contractors
Contractors are separate businesses, not our employees or agents. Each contractor sets its own prices, contract terms, schedule and warranty, and is solely responsible for its work. Before hiring anyone, confirm their current radon certification (through the National Radon Proficiency Program, NRPP, or the National Radon Safety Board, NRSB), license and insurance with them directly. We do not guarantee any contractor's work, availability or results.
Prices are estimates
Costs on this site are general ranges for planning only. Your actual price depends on your home's foundation, layout, soil, local permit rules and the contractor you choose. Only a written quote from a contractor is binding.
General information, not medical or professional advice
Content on this site is for general information. It is not medical, health, legal, engineering or other professional advice. Radon is a serious health risk, and the only way to know your level is to test your home. Follow guidance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, and talk with your doctor about any health concerns.
Links to outside sources
We link to government and research sources for your information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Referral fees
We may be paid by a contractor for referrals. This does not change what you pay the contractor under your agreement with them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Utah County Radon Mitigation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, reliance on its content, or work performed by any contractor. Your agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.
Governing law
